No. Setup is connecting your Google Business Profile, picking your keywords and creating a review request campaign. You can also book a demo and we will walk through it with you.
Reputant is priced per location, from $29 a month, after a 7-day free trial. It sends review requests, drafts review replies when you ask and checks your Google Maps rank. An agency can run it for its own clients from one account.
That depends on how you use it. Once your Google Business Profile is connected and your keywords are picked, review requests can go out on their own when a QuickBooks payment, customer or invoice is created or a Clio matter or contact event fires. You review and post replies yourself, and the dashboard suggests the next action.
We cannot promise a result or a timeline. Requests from a QuickBooks or Clio campaign send as soon as the event fires, and the rank grid keeps every run you start, so you can compare the map over time.

Yes. An AI visibility check asks ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini the questions your customers ask, such as "plumber in Austin", and shows whether each one named you. It also asks each assistant what it knows about your business.
Yes. Each campaign sends by text or by email. To send both, set up one campaign of each. Text goes to US (+1) and India (+91) numbers; email has no such limit.
Reputant is built for local businesses with a Google Business Profile. Review requests can trigger from QuickBooks or Clio, or you can upload a CSV list from any other system.
