Pick by what you need
Reputant is first because it is ours. The rest are in alphabetical order.
Agencies reselling review management under their own brand
Where it wins
Branded review links, emails and reports come on every plan.
A white-label dashboard on the Agency plan.
Monitoring on 100+ review sites and website widgets.
Where it falls short
Texting is an add-on, and putting your logo on the dashboard costs $440 a year on the Agency plan.
Its public pages do not list AI replies, rank tracking or AI search tracking.
$99 a month on Small Business, for one location. Text messaging is an add-on on the Professional plan, added to the monthly bill. Agency pricing is a custom quote.
Businesses that already run customer conversations by text
Where it wins
Review invites go out by text, and replies sit in the same inbox as your customer conversations.
AI drafts review invites and replies.
Where it falls short
Plans are sold through sales, and it costs the most of the tools here with a public price.
Reviews are one part of a larger texting suite, so a business that only wants reviews uses a small part of it.
$459 CAD a month on Core, in Canadian dollars. Pro is $689 CAD a month and adds the AI Reputation Specialist. Plans are sold through sales, and phone seats cost extra.
It asks customers for reviews by text or email, collects the reviews from sites like Google in one place, and helps you reply. Some tools add rank tracking or AI search tracking on top.
Seven of the eight publish a price. Reputant starts lowest at $29 per location a month, and we make it. BrightLocal's review tools start at $49 and Semrush Local's at $60, both billed annually, and NiceJob at $75 billed monthly. Plans differ in what they include, so compare the plan, not only the number.
Grade.us and GatherUp both list white-label plans. BrightLocal lists branded reports, and its pages do not make clear which plan has them. Reputant is built for agencies to manage many clients from one login, but white-label reports and client logins are not built yet.
No. Text requests go only to numbers starting +1 or +91 (US, Canada and India). Email requests have no such limit. The other tools here do not list the countries their texts reach on the pages we checked, so ask before you buy if your customers are outside the US.
